Island Pasture Raised Grass Fed Beef. Approximately 300-400 lbs Average Hanging Weight. We will contact you with the remainder of the balance once the Butcher has weighed your beef. Butcher dates vary depending on availability. To hold your spot on the list $500 deposit is collected.
Approximately half of the beef will be ground beef or burger patties. The cuts you receive will depend on your selections and the animal being processed. The rest will be in steaks, roasts, stew meat, and the cuts you wish to receive.
8 Cubic feet approximately freezer space for half a Beef Share .
To secure your beef share:
Pay our $500 deposit to reserve your animal; this will be deducted from the final balance.
We will personally reach out to you via email to provide you with your customized Cut Sheet. Your Cut Sheet serves as your instruction guide for our processor, specifying how you'd like your animal to be butchered and detailing the cuts you'll receive in return.
You will receive an email from us when your beef is ready, which will be approximately two to three weeks from your selected processing date. We will then arrange a time for you to come pick up your beef directly .
Your remaining balance will be due at pickup.
