How to order

  1. DEPOSIT: We first take a deposit to buy your share of the beef . Quarter, half,or whole here

  2. ORDER YOUR CUTS AND SIGNED AGREEMENT. Next, we will send you an order form to fill out with your final cuts and how you’d like your beef. We can coordinate this or will be coordinated with the butcher

  3. BUTCHER Date: You can expect the beef to generally be butchered in spring or the fall between September and November. (The next date is NOV ‘25 or sooner) The butcher will weigh the steer after butchering called the hanging weight.

  4. REMAINING AMOUNT Once we know the hanging weight this will give us your final pounds and payment is due within 3 days.

  5. PICK UP. When processing, cutting, and wrapping are completed we will contact you for your pick-up day!
