Fed natural green prairie grasses and hay grown on the farm. No Pesticides sprayed here , No antibiotics , nor breeding hormones. QUARTER BEEF: Approx. 150-175 pounds hanging weight.
As an example : An average Quarter Beef will weigh approximately 137.5 lbs hanging weight. You will lose approximately 30% from hanging weight to the meat in your freezer, giving you approximately 92 lbs of meat in the freezer
HALF: Approx. 200-325 pounds hanging weight.
WHOLE: Approx. 400-650 pounds hanging weight.
*All the beef is grass fed / no hormones or antibiotics.
During the dry aging process the beef will gain its flavor before cutting and wrapping.
